"Abhorrent customer service! I bought a new car and attempted to add it to my current policy through the app. I worked with Jocelyn the next day and cancelled the policy, started a new policy and paid for it. Two months later and I cannot get a response or call back regarding the refund for the cancelled policy that Jocelyn told me I would be getting. Everytime i call the office, the rep answering the phone cannot help and I'm told to work with Jocelyn who is rarely in tbe office. I'm told they will have her call me back. She never does. I was then told to call customer service to escalate this issue but according to customer service, the agent has to call billing and there is nothing they can do. After two months of no call backs and the inability of this office to give me even an answer, I am livid and i will be moving all of my insurance asap. Everything is fine when they're taking your money through autopay but when you need an answer, there's nothing they can do!"

"Terrible customer service, no agent can answer a question straight up. Asked them to break down insurance quote and all they said was it is because of inflation. I tried inquiring more about why my quote went up so much when I had zero accidents, and they said we have to do a soft credit check to re-run the quote? They do not care for your business, I will be canceling my home policy with them as well."
